Our production takes place with the use of selected mixtures of Italian durum wheat semolina, slow kneading with water from the nearby Monti Lattari, bronze drawing and drying typically traditional at low temperature (max 48 someone) for a time that varies from 24 to 60 hours, this gives the pasta a valid consistency and indisputable scent and flavor.
