Pasta Jesce was born from the indissoluble love of a family for its region: Apulia. The Pasta factory, used for the production of fresh and dry artisan pasta, is locatednear an ancient 16th century Masseria, the Masseria Jesce, from which our brand takes its name. We use only 100% Italian durum wheat with a high protein content and all our pasta shapes are extruded through bronze die.
