Hirpus is a company born in Campania, in the province of Avellino, precisely in Borgo Castello di Cervinara. The company is divided into two production lines with two different brands:
Castello: an artisan pastry shop specializing in the production of leavened products; Donjon: a craft brewery active in the production of different styles of beer, some of which are closely linked to our territory.
