Fumaiolo is an italian food company based in Alfero, Emilia Romagna. We produce fresh frozen pasta, piadina and tortelli sulla lastra (a typical dish of Alta Valle del Savio).Research into raw materials, craftsmanship and love for the territory have characterized our activity since it was founded in 1985. We have chosen cold as the only method of preservation for our products.
