Silvia Rosa’s farm is located in Opi di Fagnano Alto, a pretty little village in L’Aquila area, in Abruzzo, Italia, where the farm grows extremely pure saffron.
The pistils are dried on wood embers for 20 minutes to preserve taste, fragrance and deep red colour.
Saffron is a precious cooking substance that the chef can use to enhance his own recipes.
