Asprocarne Piemonte is an Organisation of beef cattle producers that includes 500 members and 130.000 animals. Its mission is to promote the beef produced by its farmers, such as that of the Blonde d’Aquitaine, promoted in the three-year campaign called “Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence”, co-supported by France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection and co-financed by the EU (Reg. 1144/2014)
