Pastificio D'Amicis has been making Italian artisanal pasta since 1980.
Our pasta is crafted by slowly drying on trays at a low temperature, to guarantee the conservation of the organoleptic properties of wheat.
The rough surface of our pasta, obtained by bronze drawing, gives it a pronounced porosity which allows Famiglia D'Amicis sauces to stick to and absorb into it, to give you the perfect mou
