Nutrifree was established in 2005 in Altopascio, in Tuscany, with the dream and the mission to bring innovation to the gluten-free market, up until that time comprised of few products devoid of taste and of the attention to the nutritional aspects essential for a healthy, balanced diet. The intent was clear from the name chosen: to give free rein to flavour in a free-from life!
