The company Caseificio Paleni S.r.l. directed by Mr. Claudio Paleni, it transforms about 400 quintals of milk a day, all coming from mountain areas. From the processing of milk we obtain some of the typical Bergamo cheeses such as Branzi, Formagella Val Cavallina, Toma Monte Corna and others.
