Carlino Bombieri opened his company in 1987, carefully choosing every aspect of his work, surrounding himself with a team of sensitive people to enter a competitive market.

The salami factory, located in the province of Verona, is now followed by his wife Antonietta and their children: Matteo and Marcella Bombieri, today architects of the development of the original project.
