• The Terre Nicolazzi extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar obtained by pressing the carolea, obtained exclusively from organic farming methods, cold extracted and processed within 6 hours of harvesting. Characterized by low acidity, an intense golden yellow color with subtle green reflections, with a very delicate aroma and scent in which an almondy and predominantly sweet taste is perceived, with spicy and bitter notes of medium intensity.
