Dried Italian organic legumes are stone-milled without heat treatment.
The raw flours are mixed with mountain water. Bronze die extrusion.
Drying is slow at low temperature. Manufacturing line is 4.0 italian.

Box: : in FSC cardboard with open window (no plastic) - containing
3 single portions in a 65g sachet.
Internal sachet: compostable and biodegradable in PLA (Polylactic Acid - a material derived from the transformation of vegetable sugars)
