Our sausage is produced exclusively with selected cuts of
pork meat, as per an ancient and simple recipe, without the
addition of dyes and preservatives. The term “fresh” means
a sausage produced without preservatives. Precisely for this
characteristic, it must be eaten within 10 days f rom its production.
The authorization to produce it represents for our company
an added value and a guarantee of quality for the consumer.
