Caciotta-type cheese with semi-cooked paste, irregular spherical shape, with wrinkled and thin crust, it is produced with three different spices (chili pepper, fennel seeds, black pepper), which can be seen in the crust. The paste, medium firm and yellow in color, is punctuated by the presence of spice. Small and sparse holes. Delicate aroma of milk, characterized by the flavor of the respective spices which are distinctly perceived.
