Ready sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp with pork cheek, white wine, salt, basil and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. It goes very well with the PrimoGrano Penne rigate, the Spaghettone del Leone and the Bucatini Rustichella d’Abruzzo. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over low heat.
