One of the oldest pasta shapes that owes its name to the "spindle", the tool used by spinners; in fact, fusilli were made by skilled hands by rolling the dough around a knitting needle. Produced by Rustichella d'Abruzzo using only high quality "Senatore Cappelli" semolina of certified Italian origin, this particular spiral-shaped pasta shape is excellent for holding the sauce in the best possible way, for example the Rustichella d'Abruzzo organic Arrabbiata or a delicate homemade tomato and basil.
