With a long and flattened shape, similar to spaghetti, linguine is the "narrower" version of the renowned Ligurian bavette. The use of only organic "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and long slow drying times at low temperatures make the texture of this special format ideal for holding fish-based sauces such as the one alla Pescatora Rustichella d ' Abruzzo or a classic of Ligurian cuisine such as our organic Pesto alla Genovese.
