Made from the loin of 100% Iberico breed pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture from our own pastures. 


It is seasoned with spices (garlic, paprika and oregano), stuffed into pork intestines and cured in natural drying sheds for at least 8 months. The cut piece has a veined and juicy appearance.
