The goodness of our Parmigiano Reggiano takes shape on the land of the Ferrarini farms.
It is a special combination of the milk obtained from Friesian and Jersey cows, raised on our farms, that gives this long-matured cheese the particularly soft taste that makes it unique.

We follow this goodness step by step. Ferrarini is one of the few producers with a high production capacity of Parmigiano Reggiano that has complete control over the whole production chain: from fodder to breeding to production, which takes place in the company’s two dairies following certified quality systems.
