Stuffed “Ascolana” olives are a traditional dish from the region “Le Marche”. Selected giant green stone-less olives and filled with a delicious mixture of meats (beef, turkey and pork), grated cheese and spices. Breaded and deep frozen are ready for cooking. Served hot, with a glass of white sparkling wine, they make an excellent appetizer. They can also be served as a meal component and are ideal to serve at buffets.

This finger-food was a local dish, but is now an (inter)national hit!
