Provolola Sfoglia is a cow's milk cheese coagulated with lamb rennet. It is a pasta filata cheese and it is handmade to give the classic pear shape, with a small head at the top.

Its intense and prolonged flavour typical of the seasoned process makes it the perfect cheese for chopping boards of typical products.
