The buononaturale gelati-sorbetti (premium, frozen) are made artisanally from a high percentage (up to over 70%) of the actual pulp or juice of the fresh, in-season fruit they are each obtained from and are stored in their natural fruit shell. We use an innovative recipe that preserves the softness of our gelato-sorbetto as if it had just been made. Our gelato-sorbetto is available in its natural fruit shell (we call it “mixed fruttini”), packaged directly in its fruit shell and entirely handmade. These are clean-label, vegan sorbetti (only the dried fruit ones, such as chestnut or peanut, contain high-quality fresh milk). The fruit employed comes from local Italian plantations, such as IGP "sfusato" lemons from the Amalfi Coast or the "tardivo" (i.e., late bloomer) di Ciaculli tangerine.
Our gelato-sorbetto is also available in more gluttonous variants (we call them “gourmet gelati”). The buononaturale gourmet gelati contain both the cream and pieces of their primary ingredient: dried fruit (Pistachio or Hazelnut), salted caramel biscotto, or black amarena cherry. This allows for the perfect balance of creaminess and crunchiness. They will offer consumers a taste of a summer's night in Italy, when stopping by at the local gelateria after dinner is almost a rite.
