This Italian sausage is produced with pure pork meat enriched with garlic from Vessalico (the Slow Food garrison) that is peeled and blended, along with wine Ponente “Rossese” PDO wine from the Ligurian Riviera. It is the Vessalico garlic that characterises aur most typical sausage, being aromatic and processed with artisanal know-how.
