Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk, salt, 1,8% black truffle, rennet, aromatic and lactic acid culture. 

Max moisture 38%. Min. fat in dry matter 40%.Milk-country of origin: Greece.

Shelf life: 180 days from the day of delivery
