In 1936, the Fanari family, first under the guidance of their grandfather Antioco, began to passionately pursue the business of transforming milk into cheese, teaching their secrets to their son Giuseppe and grandchildren Rosetta, Antioco and Giovanni.
They are the ones who continue to practice this magical profession today, through the experimentation and improvement of dairy techniques handed down over the decades. A story that has been going on for 3 generations now.
