Meet Luca Quaresima, Country Manager Italy at NewCold, in charge of the developments and operations of the two automated cold storage sites: Borgorose and Piacenza. Luca has joined NewCold as an intern, and after several years, his perseverance, leadership skills and passion for the supply chain industry took him to the Country Manager position. In 2020, Luca has been awarded as a 'Number 1 Manager Under43 for the logistics for the South and Center Area of Italy'. What he likes about his job is the opportunity to change the industry's obsolete concepts.
