Chef Vincenzo suggests two ingredients, both from our range (dried pasta and Tomato sauce with soia), for a smashing, light result. INGREDIENTS for 4 people: • buononaturale Orecchiette 500g; • buononaturale ORGANIC Tomato sauce with soia 190g. PROCEDURE: 1. Cook the buononaturale Orecchiette in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt; 2. Pour the buononaturale ORGANIC Tomato sauce with soia into a pan; 3. Heat up your sauce for a few minutes; 4. Drain the buononaturale Orecchiette "al dente" and mix with the tomato sauce; 5. Plate up; 6.
