Our journey brings us another quick and easy recipe. All you will need to cook this dish is one of our favorite ready-to-cook meals, our organic barley. This is made from the combination of pre-cooked pearled barley with dehydrated porcini mushrooms. 17 minutes... and go! INGREDIENTS for 2 people: • buononaturale ORGANIC Barley with porcini mushrooms 250g; • 60g Parmigiano Reggiano, 60g extra-virgin olive oil, 800ml vegetable broth. PROCEDURE: 1. Pour the buononaturale ORGANIC Barley with porcini mushrooms into a pot; 2. Salt according to taste; 3. Prepare, boil, and add your vegetable broth to the barley; 4. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring from time to time; 5. Add Parmesan cheese, oil, salt, or black pepper, according to taste; 6. Mix everything together and plate up just as if you were serving a risotto; 7.
