Our journey brings us another quick and easy recipe. We combine two jars of buononaturale legumes to obtain a juicy, hearty legume mix soup. Serve it as an entree, hor d'oeuvre, or main course at the next dinner you will be hosting. INGREDIENTS for 4 people: • buononaturale ORGANIC Soup with lentils and tomato 300g; • buononaturale ORGANIC Boiled peas 300g; • 70g Parmigiano Reggiano, rice waffles, 100g extra-virgin olive oil. PROCEDURE: 1. Pour extra-virgin olive oil into a pot; 2. Add the buononaturale ORGANIC Soup with lentils and tomato to it, followed by the buononaturale ORGANIC Boiled peas; 3. Mix everything together; 4. Cook the legume mix at low heat for five minutes; 5. Remove from the heat and plate up; 6. Add Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, according to taste 7.
