Flagship of the Brezzo production, it’s produced by the fermentation of a mixture that combines water with our finest organic acacia honey. A vinegar with very ancient history, delicious, easly digestible and aromatic, which preserves the sensory characteristics of the honey. We complete our range of vinegars with organic apple cider vinegar, the DOC wine vinegars refined in oak barrels and a selection of balsamic vinegar from Modena.
