The history of our Acetaia started in 1850, when Pietro Malpighi, great-great-grandfather of the current president of the Acetaia, passed to his son Augusto a precious heritage: the recipe to produce the real and genuine “natural Vinegar”.

Five generations of the Malpighi family have conducted the tradition, passion and secrets of the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, this great excellence of the Modenese lands, from the past to nowadays.

The family passion has become a solid business reality that exports across borders the 70% of its production.
