A small artisan laboratory, with an organic vocation and respect for tradition. Our pasta factory was founded in 2007 with the aim of producing superior quality pasta, respecting the environment and people's health. It is the realization of a project begun in 2000, the year in which Giorgio Minardo began to collaborate with the Experimental Station for Grain Growing in Caltagirone.
