Pastificio F. Abatianni is located in Corigliano d’Otranto, in the heart of Salento, where it has been producing Regional Fresh, Stabilized and Dry Pasta in many formats and with different ingredients for more than 30 years. The main feature of our work is the combination of ingredients linked to the tradition of the territory with innovative blends of special flours.
