Biscò was founded by Luigi Picerno in 1990, after a long experience acquired in some bakery companies operating in Altamura (The italian City of Bread - APULIA). The artisanal production includes: PDO Altamura Bread, Apulian 'Focaccia' and 'Friselle', Biscuits, Taralli and two exclusive products designed by Mr. Picerno: Tozzapane (Crouton Sticks) and Altamura Bruschetta.
