The "Firenze a Tavola" consortium was established in 1984 with the aim of promoting the products of its member companies, strengthening and increasing their presence in international markets. Nowadays, it includes 11 companies operating in the food industry: pasta, oil, coffee, sweets, candies, frozen foods, pickled vegetables, and truffles.
