Brontedolci is the realization of a dream shared by three friends, Antonio Caruso and the Bellitto brothers. A pastry shop dedicated to the Bronte tradition, which believes in old recipes, artisan production methods and local ingredients. The key ingredient of the Brontedolci pastry is the DOP Pistachio from Bronte, a variety appreciated all over the world.
