Focaccia alla Pala is a typical product of the culinary tradition of central-southern Italy. The focaccia is handmade, presenting the characteristic finger marks on the surface. The dough is prepared with sourdough, '0' type soft wheat flour and micro-filtered seawater, making the product light, tasty and highly digestible.
