Monovarietals are the typicality of regional products.

They are Oli E.V.O. products with single cultivars:

Biancolilla and Cerasuola from Sicily
Carolea and Tondina from Calabria
Coratina from Puglia
Nera di Colletorto from Molise
Ravece and Ortice from Campania

They are packaged in bottles of Lt. 0.10 - 0.25 - 0.50 and the milk of Lt. 3
