THE COOPERATIVE - THE PRODUCER
OP CONFOLIVA is an agricultural cooperative society, established as a Producers' Organisation and
operating throughout the national territory. The OP Confoliva Producers' Organisation is made up of
experts in the olive sector, technicians and producers, who have decided to put to use the work of a
lifetime and all their experience to achieve a primary objective: the relaunch of Italian olive oil. The
organisation is committed to achieving the objectives set through a strong and qualified structure capable
of managing the cooperative from an entrepreneurial point of view, guiding commercial policy towards
innovation and providing members with technical, commercial, logistical, training and information services.
Olive farms in the regions of Lazio, Tuscany, Veneto, Calabria, Sicily, Puglia, Campania, Abruzzo and
Basilicata are members of the organisation.
THE PRODUCT
LE COCCARDE EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL – MEDIUM FRUITY is characterised by a medium fruity olive and
bitter and spicy attributes in balance with the olfactory sensations.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
Its particular sensory characteristics make this oil suitable for versatile use in the kitchen. It pairs well with
grilled fish, raw and cooked vegetables, meat carpaccio and white meats.
