THE COOPERATIVE - THE PRODUCER
L’OLIOLIVA OP Soc. Coop. a r.l. is an organisation of Sicilian olive producers, which today brings together
over 2,000 farms L’OLIOLIVA OP produces and selects PGI SICILIAN and 100% ITALIAN extra-virgin olive oil
from its members. It carries out its activity on the basis of specific agreements with Agea and the Sicily
Region, as required by national and Community regulations. The main purpose of OLIOLIVA OP has always
been to support, promote and enhance olive growing, to raise quality standards, to encourage the
introduction of innovative techniques in the olive plants of its members and in the entire production cycle.
THE PRODUCT
LE COCCARDE EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL – LIGHT AND FRUITY is characterised by a light, fruity olive in
balance with the tasty and tactile sensations of bitterness and spiciness.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
Its sensory characteristics suggest a versatile use in the kitchen; indicated for combinations with grilled fish,
raw and cooked vegetables, white meats and all dishes with a delicate flavour.
