oil to your table. Harvesting, processing and preservation are the only steps that our oil takes, also thanks
to the guarantee of the Unapol supply chain that supports Italian olive growers with agronomic and
qualitative controls but also with training courses, so as to guarantee the right value to a 100% Italian and
quality oil. We produce 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil, a basket of products that includes Monocultivar,
D.O.P., I.G.P. and Fruity oils (light, medium and intense).
