Zebraola is a unique cured meat of its kind. In addition to the high-quality and healthy meat, Chef Diplomatic has selected precious spices and aromatic herbs from all over the world to give the Zebraola a unique taste and colour. The Zebraola undergoes two maturations, the first months serve on an organoleptic level while the following months its elegant character flourishes with the refinement in 24 kt edible gold leaf until its consumption. Depending on the weight of the Zebraola, more or less months of seasoning are required.
