In 2016, the Andria burrata obtained the recognition of a brand of origin product, officially becoming a Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.). The Sanguedolce Dairy, with a centenary tradition in the art of cheese making, has promoted the authenticity, quality and traditional value of Burrata. In fact, our dairy contributed to the birth of the Consortium that protects the Burrata di Andria PGI, being part of it as a consortium member.
