Produced with boned pork neck. Seasoning is still carried out according
to tradition using salt, black pepper, and garlic. After flavoring
it with white wine, it is placed into a natural casing and cured
for a long time. The skillful processing and slow curing make it
a product with a tasty but not salty flavor.
