History handed down to us the ancient recipe of this delicious
salami, given that we are located in the area that is
ideal for its production.
It is prepared with lean ham meat and pork shoulder core
with the addition of back lard cut into small cubes called
lardelli and black peppercorns. It is then placed into large
pork casings and cured for a long time.
Fabriano Salami is one of the best Italian cold cuts, and it
is the expression of the Marche Region tradition.
