The Surfin' Blu cheese is an original cheese product starting from the best forms of Blu di Bufala aged to perfection, refined with Surfing Hop, craft beer produced by the brewery Toccalmatto richly hoppy and with an alcohol content important (8.5%). The special technique of aging, which lasts for 60 days, gives the Blue Surfing an unmistakable smell and aroma combined with a unique creaminess can be gauged from long tasting typical Blue cheese, enriching it with sweet and succulent notes.
