We select only the best and most tender courgettes, we harvest them in our fields only when they reach the right degree of ripeness and we immediately transform them to preserve their freshness. After careful washing and cleaning, they are cut into firm and fleshy slices, grilled and preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil from Puglia with aromas, so as to enhance their taste. They are excellent as an appetizer, side dish or for filling sandwiches and focaccia.
