A typical preserve from southern Italy, our broccoli in oil are made from the tenderest florets, harvested in the fields of the cooperative and processed within the day. After washing, the broccoli are blanched in water and vinegar and subsequently preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil, with the addition of herbs and spices. Delicious to try as a side dish and as a condiment for first courses.
