The asparagus, hand picked in the lands of the cooperative, are cleaned, selected, washed, boiled in water and vinegar, placed in containers, flavored with the addition of spices and filled with organic extra virgin olive oil. Just 5 hours pass from harvesting to transformation, in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh product. Ideal as an aperitif or with a side dish, they are also excellent to seasoning bruschetta and flavoring first courses.
