Our ready-to-eat sauce is made with fresh and genuine ingredients, all organic, as home-made. It is prepared with a sautéed garlic and basil using organic extra virgin olive oil; then the fresh yellow tomato puree is added and it is cooked for another 20 minutes; at the end, the product is packaged in glass jars, hermetically sealed and pasteurized. A product with a sweet and delicate taste, with a lively and inviting color that is perfectly suited to first courses, including fish-based ones.
